Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Once It Is Placed?Yes you can cancel cancel, you have 24hr hours to cancel. Send an email to furgangandfriends@yahoo.com.

How Do I Track My Order?Once you place your order you will get an invoice number. Once the print is completed you will get an email that same day on tracking.

What Do I Do If My Item Doesn’t Fit Or I Need To Exchange Or Return It?All orders are finale. Please know your your size. No exchanges or returns are accepted unless the printing facility misprints, gives the wrong size or ships to the wrong address, and or shipment is lost.

I Was Sent An Incorrect Item (Design, Style, Color, Size). How Can I Get The Item I Ordered?Yes you can get your item you ordered. You have 7 days from the date the items is received at the address given.

I Did Not Receive All Of The Items In My Package. Where Is The Rest Of My Order?Sometimes the print facility will send items one at a time to get them out fast but normally you will get everything at once and North America normally get shipments with in 10 days. Please see shipping times listed on the page.

Do You Offer Customized Designs/artwork? What Is The Lead Time?Yes send us what you want done and you will get what you asked for.

Do You Ship Internationally?Yes! We are able to ship to many countries around the globe. Free shipping to orders in the US only.

Do You Offer Tracking On My Order?Tracking information is available once the item has shipped. You will receive email notification at the time your item ships, include tracking information. Additionally, you may track your order status in My Account under the “orders” tab.

When Will I Receive My Order?Due to high demand on some items (non-apparel) please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Items may arrive in separate packages to expedite the shipping process. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more information.

What If I Need To Cancel My Order?All sales are final, however, If need to change or add a product, update the shipping information or have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible.
